<p>Key Responsibilities<br />
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel.<br />
Assign duties, shifts, and patrol areas to security team members.<br />
Monitor access points, visitor movement, and site security procedures.<br />
Conduct regular inspections and security patrols.<br />
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.<br />
Prepare and maintain incident reports and daily security records.<br />
Ensure security staff follow company procedures and safety regulations.<br />
Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required.<br />
Monitor CCTV and other security systems where applicable.<br />
Train and guide security officers on proper procedures and professional conduct.</p>
