Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance the performance of sales teams across Azizi’s portfolio and Real Estate b Broker Traings & Briefings. <br>Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating engaging training materials, conducting onboarding and refresher training, and monitoring the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating closely with sales leadership and other departments to align training content with business goals, product updates, and market trends. <br>The Sales Trainer will also support continuous skill development through role-plays, mentoring, and regular performance reviews. Qualifications Strong sales training and Training & Development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured sales training programs. Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
