<p>The villa assistant manager is responsible for overseeing the villa butlers’ operations, as well as on-the-job training. Makes himself/herself present on the floor and in constant communication between butlers and other departments. Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of the guests’ villas, corridors, and back of house. Villa assistant manager coordinates that extremely personalized service is being extended from the villa butlers to every single guest. Villa assistant manager maintains a high level of organization and management within the department.</p>
