<li>Conduct studies and initiate actions what would support the automation of the function processes. And provide and prepare economic feasibility and comprehensive testing studies to support the financial and technical viability of both SAP and non-SAP systems and provides recommendations as appropriate. </li>

<li>Study and analyze the requirements of users from various functional areas to evaluate the required updates considering the existing features of the function. </li>
</ul>

<li>Plan, prioritize, organize, and recommend the approved projects’ list in line with the function business plan, and align the project plans, timing, and milestones with the Information Technology to ensure timely launch of the updates in SAP and other system without any delay. </li>

<li>Supervise and control the new implementation of approved related projects until completion phase and users’ satisfaction. And monitor the implementation of new SAP projects, to ensure the adaptation of such projects to the company’s scope, specifications, and priorities. </li>

<li>Contribute and develop for a new project the project charter to define the objectives, allocate budget and assign in site / out site resources. </li>
</ul> <p><strong><u>Process Integration & Optimization</u></strong> </p><br> <ul>
<li>Assess the need for incorporating any changes in the processes, study the implications of changes or alterations to the modules in the function in relation to their impact on other and related systems processes in the Companies. </li>

<li>Participate and contribute to the major IT projects which related to company strategy such as Master date Data management, segregation of duties (SoD), and governance, risk & competence (GRC) and participate in security level and disaster recovery. </li>
</ul>

<li>Supervise, monitor, and test the process and system update’s requirements to meet the criteria in System Test. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage the applications access, users’ authorities, and other user access to different function modules and systems to ensure that the systems are meeting the information requirements and support the future business plans for the function. </li>

<li>Train and coach, the system users on a regular basis, to ensure their capabilities for the best usage of the recent or all system features. </li>

<li>Control and track function problems during and after the implementation and provide solutions to solve these problems. </li>

<li>Carry out and control in investigation studies aimed at developing new functions. </li>

<li>Investigate the market / industry for a new application which helps enhance and develop our company function and to meet our new requirements and targets. </li>

<li>Review and approve procedures and related manuals for both SAP and non-SAP applications. Ensures that these are properly implemented and reviews continuously to enhance their benefits. Includes establishing periodic back-up procedures. </li>

Join us.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Senior QA/QC Engineer – Infrastructure Projects<br><br>Job Summary<br><br>The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for leading and managing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring that all construction works comply with contract requirements, approved drawings, technical specifications, authority regulations, and applicable international standards.<br><br>The role oversees the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS), supervises QA/QC Engineers, Material Engineers, and Inspectors, and works closely with the Project Director, Resident Engineers, Contractors, Laboratories, and Authorities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.<br><br>Key Job Duties<br><br> Quality Management System Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and Project Quality Plan (PQP). Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, authority requirements, and quality procedures. Develop and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance across all project disciplines. Quality Assurance & Quality Control Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and material submittals. Monitor contractor compliance with approved QA/QC procedures and contract requirements. Supervise inspections, testing activities, and quality verification processes. Ensure only approved materials and construction methods are utilized. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions Lead the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and Corrective Action Requests (CARs). Investigate quality issues and implement preventive and corrective measures. Monitor timely close-out of all quality-related observations and deficiencies. Analyse quality trends and recommend process improvements. Material Quality & Laboratory Coordination Coordinate with the Material Engineer regarding material approvals, testing programmes, and laboratory activities. Review laboratory test reports, field testing results, and quality certifications. Ensure compliance of all construction materials with project specifications and authority requirements. Stakeholder & Authority Coordination Liaise with the Client, Contractors, Authorities, Independent Laboratories, and Project Teams on quality-related matters. Participate in quality meetings, technical workshops, authority inspections, and project reviews. Support authority approvals, testing & commissioning, and asset handover activities. Team Leadership & Reporting Lead and mentor QA/QC Engineers, Material Engineers, and Quality Inspectors. Prepare quality dashboards, KPI reports, audit reports, and management summaries. Maintain project quality records, registers, and documentation. Report quality performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to the Project Director and Resident Engineer. <br><br>Required Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent Quality Management qualification is highly preferred. <br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience on major infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years as a Senior QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Manager. Proven experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, electrical, telecom, public realm, and transportation infrastructure. Extensive experience in consultancy-based construction supervision. Strong knowledge of UAE authority quality requirements and approval procedures. Experience in testing & commissioning, project handover, and asset transfer is highly desirable. <br><br>Technical Skills<br><br>Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and FIDIC contracts. Strong experience in quality auditing, laboratory testing, material approvals, NCR management, and construction quality control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asite, and quality/document management systems. Job Profile & Description: About the role The Senior T&C Engineer will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing testing and commissioning activities for all building and infrastructure systems.
