Location: This is a full-time role based in Dubai.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in back-office departments. Strong understanding of roles, tools, core concepts, and current industry trends; experience in IT is a plus. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and secure top talent while maintaining a collaborative, win-win approach. Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
