The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting our prop trading programs, copy trading solutions, and forex brokerage services. Candidates with experience in business development, sales, account management, Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, or financial services will be highly preferred.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the Ethiopian market. Identify, engage, and convert potential Amharic-speaking clients into active traders and partners. Promote funded trader programs, copy trading solutions, and forex brokerage services. Build and maintain strong relationships with Ethiopian traders, affiliates, IBs, and partners. Educate clients in Amharic and English about company products, trading platforms, and opportunities. Follow up on leads and support client onboarding. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to expand the Ethiopian market. Identify new business opportunities within Ethiopian trading communities. Represent the company at promotional activities, events, and online campaigns when required.<br>Requirements Must be fluent in Amharic (mandatory). Fluent in English. Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition. Experience in Forex, CFD, Prop Firm, Crypto, or Financial Services is a strong advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be comfortable appearing on camera to promote marketing campaigns, company activities, and content related to the assigned country. Ability to work onsite in Dubai.
