Are you obsessed with turning a blank feed into a growth engine?

What if your content didn't just get likes, but shaped how millions of people grow, learn, and act on their potential?

This isn't a "post and pray" social media job.

We're not looking for someone who plans a content calendar and briefs a designer. We're looking for someone who builds and ships the content themselves, using AI to do the work that used to take a whole content team.

And you deserve it because you are…

????️ You're not "a social media manager who schedules posts." You're a builder. You see a trend and your hands itch to cut the hook, write the caption, and post it before the trend dies. ???? You don't fear AI, you leverage it. Claude Code and AI creative tools are your daily drivers. You treat AI as a team of interns that lets you do the work of five people: editing, captioning, repurposing, ideating. ⚡️ You'd rather post a scrappy v1 today than a perfect campaign next month. Bias to action is your default setting. ???? You make decisions with data. You know the difference between vanity reach and a hook that actually converts into followers/leads.

2–3 years under your belt, hungry, ready to walk into a startup and own the feed.

Full-time, remote or Dubai office. French and English fluency required.

About Paradox

WHAT WE DO

At Paradox, we are convinced that greatness is trainable.

That’s why we want to empower people at scale, by leveraging cutting edge technologies like AI, and crafting user experiences with outstanding aesthetics.

We do that by merging :

Human Intelligence (coaches, peers, and mentors) Structured Intelligence (protocols, mental models, rituals), Technological Intelligence (AI personalization, feedback loops, adaptive journeys)

To create one seamless ecosystem: Paradox OS.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe self-help is broken.

Most learning platforms are used the same way : consuming generic theories, getting quick highs, ending with no real change.

At Paradox, we believe people deserve more.

More than content. More than motivation.

They deserve a system that knows them, one that adapts, challenges, and grows with them.

We believe that every human learns differently, and that technology can do more than entertain or save time.

It can translate insight into transformation, through AI personalization, lean experimentation, and deep psychological understanding.

Because learning shouldn’t just make you feel inspired for a day, it should change how you live, think, and create.

OUR VISION

At Paradox, we want to re-invent how people grow.

We do not build another course or coaching app but the Operating System for Greatness.

Founded by David Laroche, a creator followed by over 2 million people and known for his interviews with icons like Tony Parker, Mike Horn, Richard Branson, and Gad Elmaleh, Paradox aims to build something that will live beyond any individual (including its founder), for decades to come.

Our ambition is to compete with players like Mindvalley (150M ARR), but with a sharper vision, grounded protocols for achievers, people who want more for their life, refusing mediocrity.

To do that, we bring together designers, tech, coaches, and filmmakers to create learning experiences that are cinematic, precise, and effective.

We move fast, aim high, and hold ourselves to the standards of Apple, Spotify, and Master Class. No fluff, focused on meaningful impact.

While others hide their numbers, we want to let our results speak loudly for us.

Get obsessed with transforming our clients’ lives and let those transformations be our marketing.

And that’s where you come in.

YOUR MISSION ????

Be the hands-on builder behind Paradox's social presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube Shorts. You don't wait for assets from the video team, you cut, caption, and ship content yourself, using AI to multiply your output.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build & ship content daily : You cut shorts/reels from long-form footage, write hooks and captions, and post directly. You don't wait on a report or a brief, you spot the moment and ship it. Own the channels end to end : Content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking across all platforms are yours. Hunt what works : You proactively test hooks, formats, and posting times. If a format underperforms, you kill it fast and move to the next test. AI leverage : You leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing (long-form → shorts), generate caption/hook variations, and build lightweight pipelines that let you ship at the pace of a small team, alone. Read the data : You live in native platform analytics + GA4. You double down on what compounds and kill vanity metrics. Contribute to growth loops : You work with Growth and Content to spot winning angles and feed them back into new formats.

You'll own KPIs: Follower growth rate, engagement rate, views-to-follow conversion, X posts shipped per week.

Desired outcomes: Consistent daily output without external agencies. A social presence that compounds instead of resetting every month.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

Experience

2–3 years in social media management/content creation, ideally in a fast-moving brand or creator context. Or self-taught with a portfolio that proves it. You can show us what you've shipped: reels, shorts, growth numbers. Portfolio > pedigree. You already use Claude (or equivalent AI tools) weekly to edit, caption, or automate, not just to brainstorm ideas. Comfortable being on camera or directing talent if needed is a plus.

Personality

Curiosity: You relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data. Hands-On Execution : you build, you don't just brief. Precision: You care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility: You move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.

Language

French: Native / Bilingual

English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.

Our chosen language for written communication is English.

IT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU

You want a strict separation between work and life. Execution speed is our biggest advantage right now. A 9-to-5 mindset guarantees you'll fall behind. You need clarity, stability, and established process before you can act. We're still building the machine. If you need everything defined before you move, wrong place. You want to be told exactly what to do. We hire people who bring solutions, not people who wait for instructions.

WHY JOIN US ❤️

Help us market a product that fuses neuroscience, design, and AI to reinvent how humans grow.

Work with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and creatives obsessed with impact.

In the heart of our headquarters stands the 100 000 Dreams Wall,

Every photo on that wall is a life rewritten:

“I ran a marathon.”

“I started my company.”

“I found peace with my father.”

You will play a crucial role in the development of an Iconic Product.

Growth & Ambition

> ????Being surrounded by A-players who strive to perform

Impact & Meaning

> Playing a crucial role in the development of a company whose content and products will be used by millions of people> Waking up in the morning feeling like you are making a difference is something!

We receive messages every day from clients who have successfully lost weight, quit smoking, reach a milestone in their business, built better relationships, and made positive changes in their lives.

> ❤️ Contributing to the Paradox Foundation (our non-profit), dedicated to empower teenagers

But that's not all, we believe that driven people deserve…

Freedom & Well Being ????

> ????A company culture based on autonomy & accountability> ????Flexible working hours> ????A remote culture from day one with the freedom to work from wherever you want> ????Work on Mac, for us it counts :)

HIRING PROCESS ????

???? You will build and execute a territory strategy, develop a high-quality pipeline from scratch, and drive strategic enterprise growth through both direct and partner-led motions.

If you have a proven record of overachieving quota, a strong network across the MEA cybersecurity ecosystem, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals – this is your next challenge.

Candidates must be based in Dubai / UAE and eligible to work in the region.

What Sets This Candidate Apart

We are not looking for a generalist. The ideal candidate brings:

10–12 years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, exclusively with vendors – not services,or consulting firms. You must know how to sell software licenses, subscriptions, and Saa S. A personal track record of closing enterprise deals above $1M ARR, consistently exceeding quota year-over-year, and overachieving against targets in competitive markets. Deep roots in the MEA cybersecurity and IT security ecosystem – including strong existing relationships with distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), MSSPs, and system integrators across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and broader GCC. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from cold prospecting through to signed contract and renewal, without handoffs or reliance on others to close. A team player mindset who knows how to leverage internal resources pre-sales engineers, marketing, customer success, product to win. You collaborate to compete. The emotional intelligence and executive presence to engage CISOs, CIOs, and board-level stakeholders, while also working effectively with technical buyers and procurement teams. Hunger to learn, grow, and continuously sharpen your product knowledge, competitive positioning, and market expertise. Netwrix is a fast-moving company and this role rewards curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Territory Ownership

Own and execute a territory plan for the UAE and GCC, identifying and prioritising net-new and expansion opportunities across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. Leverage Netwrix's full security portfolio covering identity governance, data access governance, Active Directory security, auditing, DLP, and DSPM to drive multi-solution opportunities.

Complex Sales Cycle Execution

Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: territory planning, prospecting, discovery, value articulation, champion development, competitive differentiation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure. Identify and develop internal champions within target accounts – building multi-threaded relationships that survive reorganisations and procurement delays. Navigate complex buying processes involving security, IT, legal, compliance, and procurement stakeholders with the ability to align value to each persona. Manage deals above $1M with precision: driving urgency, managing risk, structuring commercial terms, and ensuring customer and internal alignment throughout.

Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

Work closely with distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and system integrators to develop co-sell opportunities, enable partner-led deals, and expand market reach across the region.
