The role is focused on sourcing, production, and documentation of FF&E and interior finishes across a diverse portfolio of commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. Working under the direction of project team leaders, the successful candidate will play a key hands-on role in delivering beautifully coordinated interiors from concept through to site installation. <strong>Role Focus & Key Responsibilities</strong>
</p><p><strong>FF&E Sourcing & Specification</strong>
– Research, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, fittings, lighting, soft furnishings, decorative accessories, artwork, and equipment aligned with the approved design concept and client brief.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive FF&E schedules and specification documents including item descriptions, finishes, dimensions, quantities, and supplier/manufacturer references.
