Supervise & coordinate day to day Admin activities, liaise and establish sound business relationship with end-users, Authorities and colleagues and ensure that ATG – FM operations runs smoothly <br>Responsibilities:<br>Functional Roles and Responsibilities<br>•Act as the liaison and first point of contact between the tenants and the maintenance team and provide timely assistance and follow-up on resolution for all critical maintenance issues <br>•Liaise with the various Government departments like Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Etisalat, RTA, Post Office and Dubai Land Department as and when required <br>•Provides all other services and functions that may enhance and cater to more wholesome delivery of services <br>•Handle Petty cash and the process associated to ensure adequate money is available at all times <br>•Raise and follow up on LPO‘s from receiving quotations to ensuring payment <br>•Follow ups with vendors for various issues including arranging visits, quotations, invoices, reports etc <br>•Assist in administrative duties including coordination efforts with HO functions, HR, IT, etc. for and on behalf of FM operations team <br>•Maintain all documentation for the FM team, including drawings, contracts, manuals etc <br>•Drawing up the contracts and follow through till signatures of all parties <br>•Arrange and coordinate meetings internally and with external suppliers along with circulation of minutes <br>•Archiving FM documents to ensure quick recovery of data <br>•Maintaining FM sharepoint folder to ensure all relevant information is available readily and easily<br>Qualifications:<br><p>Education/Certification and Continued Education</p><br><p>Graduate Degree/ Diploma <br>Years of Experience2 to 3 years of relevant work experience <br>Knowledge and Skills</p><br><p>Good communication and Interpersonal skills</p><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

<p>Roles & Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Strong domain knowledge of <strong>Corporate Payments</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with <strong>GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technology teams</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Understand and analyze <strong>Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Analyze system issues, participate in <strong>Root Cause Analysis (RCA)</strong> and support issue prioritization.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with vendors for <strong>issue and defect resolution</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support all testing phases, including <strong>SIT, Regression Testing, Performance Testing and Integrations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Review test strategies, test scenarios and test data.</p></li><li><p>Perform <strong>impact assessments</strong> for change requests and facilitate production deployments.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with <strong>Business and Operations users</strong> for product training.</p></li><li><p>Manage business and technology stakeholders during implementation, deployment and post-go-live support.</p></li><li><p>Manage conflicting requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.</p></li><li><p>Document <strong>integration and detailed design specifications</strong> for large-scale banking applications.</p></li><li><p>Support change prioritization, testing coordination and production releases.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><ul><li><p><strong>13–15+ years</strong> of relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor of Engineering or Post Graduate qualification.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience and domain knowledge in <strong>Corporate Payments</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Banking domain experience is mandatory</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience working on <strong>large-scale transformation projects</strong> involving process optimization and business changes.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of <strong>Oracle Banking Products / Oracle OBP</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Oracle Banking Extensibility Toolkit, OBP and backend customizations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of integration with <strong>Flexcube Core</strong> for accounting.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to <strong>OBRH (Oracle Banking Routing Hub)</strong> is an added advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with <strong>REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and messaging systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>XML/XSLT, Web Services, SQL and PL/SQL</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform <strong>impact assessments, support testing and facilitate production deployments</strong>.</p></li></ul>
