Inventory Accuracy Ensure high accuracy in scanning, counting, and recording inventory. Re-check items where discrepancies or scanning errors are identified. Report damaged, missing, misplaced, or unidentified items to the relevant supervisor. PDT & System Usage Operate PDT/scanning devices efficiently and responsibly. Ensure the correct item, barcode, quantity, and location are captured in the system. Immediately report any PDD/device or system-related issues that may impact productivity or accuracy. Follow all established inventory control procedures and system guidelines. Productivity & Task Completion Prioritize tasks according to operational requirements and supervisor instructions. Maintain consistent productivity while ensuring accuracy is not compromised. Support the team during peak inventory periods, stock counts, audits, and other inventory-related activities. Compliance & Safety Follow company policies, inventory control procedures, and warehouse/store safety guidelines. Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage or loss.
