Experience

- Strong experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, costing, and internal controls.

Role overview You will own the full business development cycle for Crypto Expo — from identifying potential sponsors and partners, to pitching, closing deals, and maintaining key accounts across the global crypto and fintech ecosystem. This is a commercial role with clear revenue targets and strong exposure to C-level decision makers at exchanges, brokers, and Web3 companies. Key Responsibilities<br>New Business & Sponsorship Sales Identify, research, and build a strong pipeline of potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners (crypto exchanges, Venture Capital, Layer1/Layer2 chain, Web3 projects, liquidity providers, payment companies, tech vendors, etc.). Conduct outbound outreach (email, Linked In, calls, video meetings, Inperson meeting) to decision makers globally. Present and pitch sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, speaking slots, side events, and other commercial opportunities. Account Management & Upsell Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across multiple event editions. Understand clients’ marketing and business objectives and propose tailored packages / add-ons (bigger booths, branding upgrades, speaking, side events, VIP programs, etc.). Ensure sponsors are well-prepared pre-event (branding, booth, speaking schedule) and supported on-site. Market & Competitor Intelligence : Track trends in crypto, Web3, blockchain, Bitcoin, Mining and fintech to identify new segments and sponsor categories. Monitor competitor events and campaigns to refine our value proposition and pricing. Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate contact, pipeline, and deal data in the CRM (ideally Hub Spot). Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the operations and finance teams. Report weekly on pipeline, forecast, achieved revenue, and key activities. Event & Networking Participation: Attend our events and selected industry conferences to meet clients, generate leads, and strengthen relationships. Support on-site client servicing, introductions, VIP meetings, and networking sessions.<br>Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in: events & exhibitions media & advertising fintech / crypto / Saa SStrong hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
