<p>Our beauty consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our beauty consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.</p>

<li>Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty</li>
<li>Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers expectations</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of current beauty trends, luxury retail standards, and premium customer service</li>

<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>We are looking for an experienced fashion buyer who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-led environment and enjoys combining commercial thinking with analytical decision-making. You will be responsible to:</p>

<li>Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies across assigned product categories.</li>
<li>Build commercially balanced assortments that reflect customer demand, market trends and business objectives.</li>
<li>Manage the seasonal buying process, including assortment planning, SKU optimisation and buy planning.</li>
<li>Analyse sales performance and market insights to make data-driven buying decisions.</li>
<li>Work closely with international distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the buying process.</li>
<li>Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and optimise inventory performance.</li>
<li>Support buying activities across retail, e-commerce and marketplace channels.</li>
<li>Travel seasonally to Switzerland for buying appointments and collection reviews.</li>
<li>Partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to maximise commercial performance.</li>

<h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4>

<li>Minimum of 2 years as a buyer within fashion retail, and 4 years overall experience in buying.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to drive buying decisions.</li>
<li>Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of trends, customer preferences and assortment planning.</li>
<li>Experience managing seasonal buying cycles and Open-to-Buy (OTB).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<p>Have a central role in designing and implementing the fulfillment & logistics capabilities whilst aligning with the leadership of operations vertical and other business partners on what matters most. Lead the business case creation and capability development prioritization with a three-year horizon in close collaboration with the Head of Capability Development and Chief Logistics and Fulfillment Officer. Maintain an understanding of advancements in process, technology and other innovations which are happening across the supply chain & logistics ecosystem within the retail industry.</p>
