coordinating on-site fit-out activities, ensuring that all works are executed
in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,
and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with project
managers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align
workmanship quality, resources, logistics, and budgets throughout the project
lifecycle.</span></span></span></span></p><br><span><span><span><span>The ideal candidate
is a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in luxury finishes,
excellent attention to detail, and proven experience delivering bespoke villa
fit-out projects to the highest standards. This position offers an opportunity

environment.</span></span></span></span><br><br><b><span>Main Responsibilities</span></b><br><ul><li><span><span><span>Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out works
for luxury villas, Corporate,
and hospitality including high-end finishes such as marble and stone works,
tile works, bespoke joinery, ceilings, partitions, glass works, façade
elements, and decorative finishes.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure all works are executed in full compliance with
approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements,
and project specifications.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless
integration with architectural finishes, including proper coordination of
openings, supports, sleeves, and concealed services prior to closures.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Monitor site progress against the approved programme,
identify potential delays, and proactively coordinate with subcontractors and
suppliers to maintain project timelines.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Conduct regular quality inspections, ensure compliance
with approved mock-ups and samples, and issue snag lists while ensuring timely
and proper rectification of defects.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors,
suppliers, and site labour, ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and
equipment.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Preparation and submission of inspection requests
(IRs), work notifications, method statements, and daily/weekly progress
reports.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Support site inspections and handovers with contractors,
consultants, developers, and authorities, and ensure closure of comments and
observations in a timely manner.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Verify material deliveries on site to ensure
compliance with approved specifications, storage requirements, and protection
of high-value finishes.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and
Environmental (HSE) regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
environment.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Coordinate with the Project Manager on site planning,
logistics, sequencing of works, and technical challenges, proposing practical
solutions when required.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings,
warranties, and handover documentation related to fit-out works.</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Possess solid general
knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV) to effectively
coordinate services with architectural and fit-out works, identify clashes, and
ensure proper integration prior to closure of ceilings, walls, and floors.</span></span><br></span></li></ul><br><span>Requirements</span><ul><li><span><span>At least 8 years of proven
experience in interior fit-out works, with strong exposure to luxury villas or
high-end residential projects in Dubai</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Hands-on experience working on high-quality
architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, marble/stone works, ceilings,
partitions, and façade elements.</span><br></span></li><li><span>Experience in coordinating MEP and architectural
interfaces, identifying clashes, and supporting solutions prior to site
execution.</span><br></li><li><span>Familiarity with project
reporting tools and documentation standards in the construction industry.</span><br></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture,
or related discipline.</span><br></li><li><span>Strong expertise in luxury fit-out execution,
materials, and workmanship standards.</span><br></li><li><span>Solid working knowledge of MEP coordination within
high-end fit-out projects.</span><br></li><li><span>Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and
