About the job PROCESS ENGINEER
<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer to support Onshore Oil & Gas projects during FEED, Detail Design, and execution phases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process engineering design, process simulations, and multidisciplinary coordination. Previous experience on ADNOC projects will be highly preferred.</p><br>
<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Execute process engineering activities for onshore oil & gas projects during FEED, Detail Design, and execution phases</li>
<li>Develop and review process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, Line Lists, and Utility Consumption reports</li>
<li>Perform process calculations including hydraulic analysis, line sizing, equipment sizing, and relief valve sizing</li>
<li>Prepare and validate Process Design Basis, Heat & Material Balances, Cause & Effect diagrams, and process narratives</li>
<li>Carry out process simulations using industry-standard software to optimize plant performance and design</li>
<li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of process requirements</li>
<li>Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and other process safety reviews, incorporating recommendations into the design</li>
<li>Review vendor documents and provide technical evaluations for process equipment packages</li>
<li>Support procurement, construction, and commissioning teams by resolving process-related technical queries</li>
<li>Identify design improvements, operational risks, and optimization opportunities throughout the project lifecycle</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards, and ADNOC engineering requirements</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting process issues during commissioning and start-up activities</li>
<li>Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and engineering documentation</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to HSE policies, quality standards, and project schedules</li>

<p><strong>KEY QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><br>

<li>Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related engineering discipline</li>
<li>10–15 years of experience in process engineering for Onshore Oil & Gas projects</li>
<li>Strong experience in FEED, Detail Design, and execution phases of EPC projects</li>
<li>Experience working on ADNOC Onshore projects is highly preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of process design calculations, equipment sizing, and hydraulic analysis</li>
<li>Familiarity with international codes and standards including API, ASME, ISO, and client specifications</li>
<li>Experience participating in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and other process safety studies</li>
<li>Ability to review vendor documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills</li>
