The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and driven to achieve sales targets.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prospect, manage, and close car leasing and car rental sales for individual clients.</p></li><li><p>Promote optional vehicles and value-added products to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets set by management.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and renewal business.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate closely with rental counters to ensure leasing enquiries are handled efficiently and promptly.</p></li><li><p>Identify corporates, institutions, and associations and establish tie-ups to offer individual leasing solutions for their employees or members.</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily field visits as directed by the Manager to support business development activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor active and expired contracts, proactively pursuing renewals and upselling opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Manager.</p></li><li><p>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager from time to time.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</p></li><li><p>Atleast 2-3 years of experience in car leasing, car rental, automotive sales, or a similar sales-driven role.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</p></li><li><p>Strong coordination and follow-up skills to manage enquiries, contracts, and renewals efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of the UAE automotive and leasing market.</p></li><li><p>Ability to conduct field sales activities and manage corporate tie-ups.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.</p></li><li><p><strong>Valid UAE driver’s license is required.</strong></p></li></ul>
