This person will work closely with the rest of the Global Public Policy team, wider Legal team, regional Sales teams, the Communications team, Platform Integrity and Product teams and, on occasion, senior business executives to ensure the public policy program supports business growth and protects the company’s interests.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br>Serve as the main day-to-day policy representative of Snap Inc in the Middle East and Africa. Further deepen relationships with relevant government officials, NGOs, trade associations, non-governmental organizations, and other influential stakeholders. Work closely with the Senior Director EMEA of Public Policy, the EMEA Public Policy team, the SVP Global Policy & Platform Operations and, on occasion, the senior executive organization. Being the Policy spokesperson of the company in the region in various fora, events etc. Be the first to act and respond to the appropriate public policy inquiries. Collaborate with Public Policy, Legal and Business teams to analyze legislative initiatives, advise on risks and opportunities and develop company policy positions and messaging Partner with the Communications team to help them appropriately respond to Policy-related media inquiries, by providing the correct policy narrative that best represents Snap Inc. <br><br>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:<br><br>A proven ability for shaping, and working with, government officials, NGOs, coalitions and other stakeholder groups. Good tech policy understanding and existing relationships within government and the wider stakeholder community in the region. Excellent communication and advocacy skills and sound political judgment. Forward thinking and proactive ability on legislative, regulatory and public policy issues. Ability to rapidly understand and master complex policy issues. Ability to work with Snap business to identify pertinent issues and orient the public policy team to meet priorities. Position Overview The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, performance, and growth of BI Group's real estate portfolio in the UAE. Acting as the commercial leader of the business, the role is responsible for developing and managing the internal sales function, broker network performance, sales operations, customer journey, and revenue generation across all residential and mixed-use developments. The Head of Sales ensures that sales targets are achieved through effective leadership, market intelligence, broker engagement, sales governance, and close coordination with Marketing, Development, Design, Finance, and Legal teams. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to maximize project absorption rates, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market positioning. Through this partnership, Georgetown will deliver graduate education in Athens, launching the Executive Master’s in Leadership (EML) program in the 2026-2027 academic year, followed by the M. S. in Environment and Sustainability Management (ESM) program – a joint degree offering with Georgetown’s Earth Commons Institute – in the subsequent year. The programs may run in parallel or on an alternating basis, and additional programs may be introduced in future years, under an initial 10-year agreement with PPC.<br><br>The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and orchestrating the student-facing elements of Georgetown programs in Greece. Key responsibilities include facilitating program operations, student services, event planning, and faculty/academic support to ensure that all facets of the degree programs are delivered with high quality, a high-touch approach, and professionalism. This level of effort may extend to off-site activities in Athens, Greece, as well as international components such as residencies or modules held abroad. The Program Manager may also be asked to travel and support program operations in Dubai, UAE – where McDonough maintains a branch campus – for any degree, custom program, or short executive education courses that may arise.
