It also operates its Customer Experience Center in Amman, Jordan, and its Engineering Hub in Krakow, Poland.<br>Job Summary:<br>We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & PR Manager to own the social media and public-facing brand presence for Kitopi’s Healthy Pod brands across the GCC, including Right Bite and Under500, while also leading Kitopi’s wider social media strategy.<br>This is a highly cross-functional role spanning social media, community management, brand guardianship, influencer and ambassador relations, and public relations.<br>The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing scroll-stopping social copy, engaging directly with online communities, managing creator partnerships, and drafting press releases or external statements.<br>What You'll DoSocial Media & Content Marketing Lead the development and delivery of high-quality social media content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube. Lead talent and agency relationship management, contract negotiations, and renewals, balancing scope, cost, and deliverables. Track affiliate and coupon-code performance through monthly reporting. Identify top-performing creators and campaigns to guide renewal and investment decisions. Support the expansion of the programme into new markets and develop new ambassador relationships. Manage and negotiate influencer and ambassador budgets, tracking spend against performance and ROI. PR & Reputation Management Monitor social sentiment and brand mentions across markets, identifying and escalating emerging issues early. Draft press releases, statements, announcements, and other external-facing PR content. Support press and media opportunities, brand collaborations, and public-facing announcements related to social media and community channels. Help protect and strengthen brand reputation across all public touchpoints. Content Support: SEO & AEOContribute to SEO- and AEO-friendly blog and social content in coordination with the wider Content and Marketing teams. Monitor relevant trends and conversations within the nutrition, wellness, and F&B sectors. Translate trending topics into timely, credible, and on-brand content opportunities. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination Prepare regular performance reports covering organic and paid social media, ambassador and affiliate performance, and sentiment trends. Translate performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. Coordinate with senior stakeholders on approvals, tone, brand alignment, and design execution. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency. Support new brand launches with social media rollouts and community-facing messaging.<br>What We’re Looking For+3–6 years of experience in social media, PR, or a related field. Direct experience managing influencers, ambassadors, or creator partnerships. Experience within F&B, retail, hospitality, wellness, or consumer brands is strongly preferred. Proven ability to negotiate influencer contracts, scopes, fees, and renewals. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviours. Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills. Arabic proficiency, including familiarity with regional dialects such as Saudi Arabic, is a strong advantage. Comfortable managing multiple brands and markets, including the UAE, KSA, and potential expansion markets. Strong eye for brand-consistent, platform-native content. Data-literate and comfortable turning performance reports into actionable recommendations. The Principal Instrumentation & Controls Eng may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in the field of Instrumentation & Controls. Org. Setting and Reporting<br>The Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) is a global intergovernmental treaty aimed at the conservation and sustainable use of migratory species and their habitats. Numerous additional intergovernmental instruments on migratory species conservation have been adopted under the broad umbrella of CMS and are supported by the CMS Secretariat. The CMS Secretariat also serves as the Secretariat for the Agreement on the Conservation of Small Cetaceans of the Baltic, North East Atlantic, Irish and North Seas (ASCOBANS). In addition, two regional agreements adopted under CMS have their own Secretariats, which are co-located with the CMS Secretariat in Bonn: the Agreement on the Conservation of African-Eurasian Migratory Waterbirds (AEWA) and the Agreement on the Conservation of Populations of European Bats (EUROBATS). The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is the designated entity within the United Nations system for addressing environmental issues at the global and regional levels. Its mandate is to coordinate the development of environmental policy consensus by keeping the global environment under review and bringing emerging issues to the attention of Governments and the international community for action. In the present context, UNEP provides administrative services to the CMS, AEWA, ASCOBANS and EUROBATS Secretariats. This position is located at the CMS Office – Abu Dhabi. The Office coordinates the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MoU) and the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation and Management of Dugongs and their Habitats throughout their Range (Dugong MoU). Under the overall supervision of the CMS Executive Secretary and the direct supervision of the Executive Coordinator of the CMS Office – Abu Dhabi, the Programme Management Officer heads the Raptors MoU Coordinating Unit. The work of the Coordinating Unit focuses on six core areas: (1) MoU processes; (2) support to the Technical Advisory Group; (3) national and regional strategies; (4) the Vultures Multi-species Action Plan; (5) the Saker Falcon Global Action Plan; and (6) cross-cutting issues, including illegal killing, taking and trade, poisoning, and electrocution.
