The company operates and manages several hotels, resorts, and residences across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, maintaining a reputation for unmatched luxury and service quality.<br>About the Job:<br>Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders across Dubai Holding Hospitality. Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including hotel management, branded residences, F&B, leasing, licensing, development, and procurement contracts. Support hospitality and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and asset repositioning initiatives. Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and frameworks to support efficient business operations and effective risk management. Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting the hospitality, tourism, and real estate sectors, ensuring ongoing compliance. Manage disputes, litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Partner with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical, commercially focused solutions that support business objectives. Support corporate governance activities and ensure compliance with Dubai Holding's legal, ethical, and governance standards.<br>About You:<br>Minimum 5–7 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably advising on commercial and operational legal matters within hospitality, real estate, or related sectors. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL. B), Juris Doctor (J. D.), or equivalent from a recognised institution, with admission to practice law in a recognised jurisdiction. Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements. Good working knowledge of UAE Federal and Emirate-level laws and regulations relevant to hospitality, tourism, real estate, and commercial transactions. Experience supporting real estate or hospitality transactions, including acquisitions, developments, or asset management, is preferred. Ability to identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions. Experience managing disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external legal counsel is preferred.
