Contract duration : minimum 1 year.<br><br><ul><li><span>Lead end-to-end delivery of Liferay DXP applications from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, to production support.<br></span></li><li><span>Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business requirements.<br></span></li><li><span>Lead, mentor, and manage the development team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and timely delivery.<br></span></li><li><span>Resolve complex technical challenges and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.<br></span></li><li><span>Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and adherence to enterprise standards.<br></span></li><li><span>Manage CI/CD, deployment, release management, and production support activities.<br></span></li><li><span>Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.<br></span></li><li><span>Prepare and present technical designs, solution proposals, and project updates to business and technical audiences.<br></span></li><li><span>Drive architecture governance, technical innovation, documentation, and continuous improvement.<br></span></li><li><span>Strong expertise in Liferay DXP, Java, APIs, Microservices, and Agile, with excellent communication and leadership skills.<br></span><br></li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b><br></p><br><ul><li><span>10+ years of hands-on experience with Liferay DXP.<br></span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of Liferay DXP, Java, REST APIs, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Linux.<br></span></li><li><span>Experience with enterprise integrations, authentication solutions.<br></span></li><li><span>Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.<br></span></li></ul><br> </div>
