At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. <p><b>We're Hiring: Specialist Coffee Barista — Ajman</b></p><p><b>English Speakers Wanted | Full-time | Brand New Café Opening September 2026 | Accommodation Provided</b></p><p>We're opening a <b>brand new shisha café in Ajman</b> and looking for an <b>experienced Specialist Coffee Barista</b> to run our coffee station and deliver a consistently excellent coffee experience for our customers. This is a specialist role, central to the café's identity, and a great chance to build something from day one.</p><p>What Makes Us Different</p><p>We reward good work. Key Responsibility:Create clear and concise UX copy for web and mobile applications in Arabic and English. Write labels, instructions, error messages, validation messages, help content, and confirmation messages. Develop bilingual content for SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app communications. Ensure consistency in terminology, tone of voice, and content across all user journeys. Collaborate with UX Designers to improve usability and customer experience. Maintain content inventories, style guides, and bilingual glossaries. Support accessibility by writing plain-language, user-friendly content. Participate in content reviews, user testing, and QA to ensure linguistic accuracy and quality. <br>Qualifications Strong user-centered communication skills, including User Experience Writing and UX Research, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language. Demonstrated expertise in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning content structures, defining tone and voice, and producing consistent copy across multiple digital touchpoints. Experience with Technical Writing for software or technology products, including user guides, API documentation, help center articles and in-product instructions. Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong grammar, editing and localization skills in both languages. Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams (design, product, engineering) and working within UX or product design processes. Familiarity with AI, data platforms or enterprise technology environments, and an interest in sovereign and secure digital infrastructure. Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience is considered.
