<span>Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with expertise in Mechanical Engineering for our dynamic team.<br> The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing various aspects of projects, with a primary focus on HVAC, Plumbing Drainage, and Fire Fighting Systems.<br> Responsibilities: · Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and determine Mechanical requirements for assigned projects.<br> · Collaborate with other Engineers and Clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects.<br> · Coordinate with the Main Contractor to plan site activities effectively.<br> · Prepare comprehensive Shop drawings and follow up with the main contractor and Consultant for approval.<br> · Verify the HAP (Heat Load Calculation) and perform ESP calculation for Fans, as well as Pump head Calculations.<br> · Address and resolve issues with consultants and main contractors concerning submittals.<br> · Raise Request for Information (RFI) for any discrepancies or lack of information from Authority Approved Drawings.<br> · Arrange manpower in coordination with the Project Manager.<br> · Demonstrate a solid understanding of Chilled Water piping, ducting, water supply, drainage, and equipment installation (Chiller, FAHU, Fans, Pumps, FCU, etc.<br>), as well as knowledge in BMS, LPG, and Fire systems.<br> · Ensure adherence to health and safety codes throughout the project duration.<br> · Monitor and manage the availability of materials on site.<br> · Complete quality assurance on all mechanical components and documenting findings in detailed reports.<br> · Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans.<br> · Diagnose problems and troubleshoot equipment as needed.<br> · Ensure all project deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.<br> · Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of Mechanical engineering.<br> · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.<br> · 5-8 years of relevant experience in the MEP industry.<br> · Experience in project management.<br> · Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office applications.<br> · Sound understanding of health and safety regulations.<br> · Valid driver's license.<br> · Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.<br> · Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.<br> · Strong team player with a consistently professional demeanor.<br> · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br></span> </div>
