<p>We at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel, are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Marketing professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.</p>
<p ><span>The Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications leads the marketing, communications, digital and e-commerce function for the Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex (Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel, Arabian Park Edge by Rotana and Park Apartments Edge by Rotana) and its F&B outlets. Reporting to the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), the role co-owns with the DOSM and executes the commercial marketing strategy that drives brand.com and outlet revenue, strengthens brand positioning, and delivers measurable return across all paid, owned and earned channels. This is a hands-on leadership role owning e-commerce performance, paid media, social and content, agency and partnership management, and marketing analytics, while contributing directly to the commercial and revenue strategy of the complex.</span></p>

<p ><b><span>1. Strategic Planning</span></b></p>

<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Lead and grow strategic partnerships, including beverage sponsors, banks, airlines, DMCs, community and CSR partners, to deliver added value, co-marketing and revenue opportunities.</span></p>

<p ><b><i><span>Rotana Brand Alignment</span></i></b></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Ensure the property follows Rotana corporate brand guidelines across all campaigns, visuals and communications.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Localise and execute Rotana-driven campaigns (e.g. Rotana Escapes), supported by the DOSM, with strong ROI tracking.</span></p>
<p ><b><i><span>Digital Marketing & E-Commerce</span></i></b></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Own the end-to-end e-commerce function across brand.com (Rotana.com), driving direct online revenue, conversion and share of digital bookings for rooms and F&B.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Manage online content, imagery, rate and offer visibility across Rotana.com, rotanatimes.com and the F&B booking platforms, ensuring accuracy, parity and a strong conversion journey.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Manage SEO, site content optimisation and the digital customer journey to maximise qualified traffic and bookings.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Own the paid media strategy and budget across paid search (SEM/PPC), Meta, display, OTA sponsored placements, Expedia and PMAX, working with the appointed agency (BPN) to plan, execute and optimise campaigns.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Manage paid social and paid advertising for the hotel and outlets, with a clear focus on conversion tracking and return on ad spend, not awareness alone.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Ensure correct tracking, tagging and attribution (GTM, pixels, conversion events) are in place across all booking journeys so paid activity is measurable.</span></p>
<p ><b><i><span>Social Media & Content</span></i></b></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Lead the social media and content strategy across all channels, driving audience growth, engagement and a consistent brand narrative for the complex and its outlets.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Own the content calendar, production and publishing, including photography and video shoots, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality, on-brand and locally relevant content tailored to UAE/GCC audiences.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Direct the creative and social agency (MEANS Design) on content, mood boards, shoots and campaign creative, ensuring output reflects the property’s guests and positioning.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Ensure content authentically represents the property’s audience, including families and the South Asian and Arabic markets.</span></p>
<p ><b><i><span>Public Relations</span></i></b></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Own press releases and features about the property to local, national and international media.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Establish and maintain close contact with local, national and foreign journalists, influencers and key opinion leaders to maximise positive media coverage, supported by the DOSM.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Write and keep up to date the property’s press kit, biographies, newsletters and developments.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Work with the appointed PR agency to secure media coverage and influencer collaborations.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Integrate CSR initiatives into the communications plan, highlighting sustainability, community outreach, charitable partnerships and employee volunteerism, in collaboration with the DOSM.</span></p>
<p ><b><i><span>F&B Marketing</span></i></b></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Position the property’s restaurants and lounges as destinations for both residents and in-house guests.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Create tactical F&B promotions with measurable ROI (e.g. brunches, business lunches, seasonal campaigns), supported by the DOSM.</span></p>
<p ><b><span>3. Loyalty & CRM (Rotana Rewards)</span></b></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Lead the CRM, email marketing and EDM programme, including segmentation, automation and campaign performance.</span></p>
<p ><span><span>·<span> </span></span></span><span>Support initiatives to increase direct bookings, grow Rotana Rewards penetration across rooms and F&B, and optimise guest engagement across the customer journey, in collaboration with the DOSM and Revenue.</span></p>
<p ><b><span>4. Distribution & Channel Optimisation</span></b></p>
