Chez Papa in Shape, notre ambition est de construire bien plus qu’une marque : un mouvement puissant auquel des millions de personnes souhaitent appartenir.<br>En tant que Brand Manager, ta mission sera de faire grandir Papa in Shape pour en faire une marque iconique / une référence incontournable, au point que nos clients n’achètent pas seulement nos programmes, mais adhèrent profondément à notre vision et à notre communauté.<br>En lien direct avec le CEO et les agences, tu seras responsable de définir, structurer et déployer la stratégie de marque de Papa in Shape, afin de créer une marque forte, différenciante et durable dans l’univers du coaching et du bien-être.<br>Véritable expert(e) du branding et des stratégies de marque, tu contribueras à renforcer la position de Papa in Shape sur son marché et à développer sa visibilité. Tu seras également responsable de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des initiatives marketing et brand, en garantissant leur cohérence sur l’ensemble des points de contact.<br>Ton rôle<br>Construire une marque forte et différenciante<br><br>Développer une marque incopiable, reconnaissable instantanément et porteuse d’un fort sentiment d’appartenance.<br>Structurer et faire évoluer le territoire de marque Papa in Shape (positionnement, message, ton, storytelling, identité).<br>Garantir la cohérence de la marque sur l’ensemble des points de contact.<br><br>Piloter la visibilité et l’awareness<br><br>Définir et exécuter la stratégie de brand awareness (social media, presse, contenus, campagnes).<br>Superviser la gestion des réseaux sociaux et la stratégie de contenu organique.<br>Piloter les campagnes publicitaires orientées notoriété et image de marque.<br><br>Développer l’influence et les relations presse<br><br>Déployer et piloter une stratégie de relations presse et d’influence.<br>Identifier et développer des opportunités médiatiques et des partenariats stratégiques.<br><br>Structurer l’écosystème de contenu<br><br>Développer une stratégie de contenu organique forte (social media, contenus éditoriaux, SEO).<br>Optimiser la visibilité de la marque via le référencement naturel (SEO) et les nouveaux usages liés au Search IA.<br><br>Développer la personal brand<br>Construire et développer l’équipe marketing<br><br>Recruter et structurer progressivement une équipe marketing / brand performante.<br>Instaurer une culture forte autour de la créativité, de l’exécution et de la performance.<br><br>Piloter la stratégie de marque<br><br>Définir les objectifs de marque et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).<br>Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans de marque, en coordination avec les différentes équipes.<br>Communiquer la stratégie en interne et mobiliser les équipes autour de la marque.<br>Gérer et coordonner les agences externes.<br>Assurer la gestion du budget marketing et publicitaire.<br><br>Ton profil<br>Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par le marketing et le branding, capable d’allier vision stratégique et excellence opérationnelle. Tu disposes notamment de :<br><br>Une expérience stratégique en brand management<br>Une expérience dans la gestion ou la contribution à un budget d’acquisition important (~3M€ et plus)<br>Une solide expérience en contenu organique et relations presse<br>Une expertise des réseaux sociaux, de l’acquisition et du SEO<br>Une compréhension des nouveaux usages liés au Search IA<br>Une capacité à construire et structurer une équipe<br>Idéalement, une expérience ou un intérêt pour la gestion de personal brand<br>De nature organisé, créatif avec une vision stratégique<br>Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais obligatoire<br><br>Tu es aligné(e) avec les valeurs Papa in Shape et animé(e) par l’ambition de construire une marque iconique dans l’univers du bien-être et de la santé.<br>Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?<br>Ce rôle est une opportunité rare.
