We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance and accounting function across our group of companies engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and trading of building materials. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at the construction site, and ensure that proper corrective action is taken. Ensure that progress payments, progress reports, subcontractor/vendor invoices, cost tracking reports, and project documentation are always checked for correctness and compliance and are submitted on time to concerned parties as per set policies. Stay abreast of new governmental rules, regulations, and restrictions, and always ensure compliance. Lead the project close-out phase by making the project ready to turn over to the client in a timely manner, and ensure relevant documentation is properly archived and handed over, including project records, as-built drawings/documents, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies and warranty documents, and lessons learned as per the contract and Company Group Quality objectives.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a must.
