Collect, receive, identify, label, and properly handle patient specimens.<br />
Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures according to established protocols.<br />
Prepare blood, urine, stool, and other clinical specimens for laboratory analysis.<br />
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments properly.<br />
Perform hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, clinical pathology, or other relevant laboratory procedures as assigned.<br />
Ensure accurate processing, testing, recording, and reporting of laboratory results.<br />
Conduct quality control checks and maintain laboratory standards.<br />
Identify abnormal or critical results and promptly inform the concerned senior staff or physician according to facility procedures.<br />

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and testing protocols.<br />
Good understanding of laboratory safety and infection-control practices.<br />
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<br />
Good communication and interpersonal skills.<br />

The Role We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary / Clinic Admin Supervisor to coordinate administrative activities, support physicians and clinical teams, supervise administrative staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and proactive, with strong experience in medical administration, scheduling, patient communication, records management, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily administrative operations and ensure efficient clinic workflow. Supervise receptionists, medical secretaries, administrative assistants, and other assigned support staff. Manage physician and patient schedules, appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and administrative calendars. Coordinate patient registration, check-in, check-out, referrals, forms, and supporting documentation. Prepare medical correspondence, reports, letters, presentations, meeting notes, and administrative documents as required. Maintain accurate patient records, appointment information, insurance documentation, and administrative files. Coordinate communication between physicians, nurses, patients, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, and external healthcare providers. Ensure administrative processes comply with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, infection-control requirements, and workplace safety procedures. Identify opportunities to improve patient flow, administrative efficiency, documentation accuracy, and overall patient experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Medical Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in medical administration, clinic operations, medical secretarial work, or healthcare coordination is preferred. Previous experience supervising administrative or reception teams is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical scheduling, patient administration, records management, and clinic workflows. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational, leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential information. Experience with EHR/EMR, clinic-management, scheduling, insurance, CRM, or healthcare administrative systems. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or comparable productivity platforms. Professional, empathetic, discreet, and patient-focused approach. Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, insurers, and external healthcare providers. Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and professional healthcare administration. Knowledge of UAE healthcare administration and regulatory requirements is advantageous. Medical administration, healthcare management, or related certifications are advantageous but not required.
