Investment Manager/Associate<br>Location: Dubai<br>Client This is the private investment vehicle of two private investors based in Dubai, with interests across sport, media, consumer, technology and real estate. It combines its portfolio, operated from Dubai and the UK. <br>The role An investment seat inside the platform as it forms. The work is the combined portfolio through and after the merger: valuations, performance reviews, financing, bolt-on acquisitions and disposals, and new group-level transactions across sport, retail, leisure, consumer and technology, supporting the Investment Directors on the larger ones and running the smaller ones. <br>The portfolio spans sports technology, sports media and content, consumer brands, food and drink, retail, marketing services, and software.<br>Responsibilities:Deal execution Screening inbound opportunities and forming an early view on what merits the principals' time. Building financial models and valuations from scratch, including for businesses with lumpy or informal financials. Running diligence end-to-end: question lists, data rooms, adviser coordination, reference and customer calls, reading the accounts. Supporting structuring and negotiation alongside the principals: term sheets, shareholder protections, earn-outs, commercial mandates. Writing short, decision-ready investment notes for the principals and the Investment Committee. Managing completion and the first hundred days with founders.<br>Portfolio and operations This is a principal-led group, not a fund with a back office. The seat carries the portfolio work that keeps forty companies visible to the principals. Performance packs, board materials and improvement recommendations for founders who need them. Valuations and financing analysis across the group, not only in the three focus sectors. Diligence question sets and data rooms for group-level transactions led by the Investment Directors. Being the person who chases things until they're done.<br>Requirements:4 - 8 years on the principal side, in private equity, growth equity or a family office, having run deals rather than supported them. Venture capital experience is a plus, particularly where it involved working closely with founders after completion. Direct experience of minority positions in founder-led businesses. This is a specific skill, and most candidates will not have it. Someone who still does the work: builds the model, reads the contract, sits with the founder. No team reports to this seat. Able to manage multiple workstreams at once and as comfortable with the unglamorous ones as with the deals.<br>What it offers Genuine breadth of transaction exposure: founder-led minority deals through to group-level acquisitions, across sectors. Direct proximity to the principals and the Operating Partner from week one. A platform with stated ambition to grow its ticket sizes. The role grows as the vehicle does. A route to Investment Director for the right person.

We are a global real estate developer with a presence in over 150 offices worldwide and a strong, established footprint across the Middle East. We deliver world-class residential and commercial developments, driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a passion for creating inspiring spaces. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager / Delivery Lead (Governed Digital & AI Platform) to join our team in Dubai, UAE.<br>We are consolidating its AI and digital products into a single governed enterprise platform: one shared technical spine, a controlled release path, and clear boundaries between the core product, modules delivered by separate teams, and standalone or experimental work.<br>This role owns that platform on the technical side and leads the team that builds it. It is a deliberate hybrid of technical product manager and delivery lead. You set and hold the technical and architectural direction, and you are accountable for delivering it into production and running the engineering team that does the work. It is a hands-on role, not a coordination seat.<br><br>Reporting and team Reports to the Head of Strategic Transformation. Leads the platform engineering team (AI engineers, data engineer, graduate developer) and owns its delivery cadence, standards, and growth, including new technical hires. Serves as the technical counterpart to the product managers delivering individual modules, holding the interface contract they build against, and is the single technical owner other teams approach when new work needs a home.<br>Key responsibilities Platform architecture and governance Own and maintain the platform's solution architecture: one governed spine (authentication, APIs, design system, data schema) consumed across every workstream, with isolation boundaries drawn so a failure in one module never destabilises the platform. Define and enforce the interface contract that separately built modules must meet before entering any shared environment. Keep repository, naming, and URL conventions consistent across the estate so it stays legible and maintainable as it scales. Release and deployment Run the promotion path across Development, UAT, and Production with defined gate criteria at each stage, so nothing reaches production unreviewed. Manage batched releases of core components, and land externally built modules behind feature flags so a failing module can be switched off without downtime. Migrate the platform from local development into COMPANY's managed environment and keep the deployment pipeline automated and repeatable rather than manual. Integration and forward delivery Onboard incoming modules through contract compliance, integration testing, and a defined graduation gate, protecting the core release cycle throughout. Own the forward technical roadmap: scope, sequence, and deliver new capability, and decide what becomes a core release, an integrated module, or a retired experiment. Team leadership and delivery Line-manage the engineering team: set sprint cadence, review architecture and code, uphold quality and security standards, and develop the team as it grows. Remain technical enough to work in the codebase, make architecture decisions, and unblock the team directly. Governance and assurance Ensure every capability that supports live client work is auditable, access-controlled, and defensible, consistent with COMPANY's governed-platform standard.<br>Essential experience At least eight years in software delivery, including a minimum of four leading engineering or technical product teams that shipped and operated production systems. Proven ownership of a multi-environment deployment lifecycle (Development, UAT, Production), CI/CD, feature flagging, and release governance on a live product. A hands-on engineering background: able to read and review code, reason about API and data-schema design, and make architecture decisions, not only coordinate those who do. Direct line management of developers, including setting standards and running delivery cadence. Experience integrating independently built modules into a shared platform without destabilising it, using interface contracts, versioning, and isolation. Technical competencies Modern web application architecture, API design, and data modelling. Cloud deployment and environment management; infrastructure-as-code and pipeline automation an advantage. Working fluency with AI-assisted development tooling, including Claude Code, and comfort operating an application stack backed by large language models (model routing, prompting, guardrails). Version control, branching strategy, and code review at team scale. Desirable Exposure to the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector, or a computational design background. Experience deploying enterprise AI under governance, audit, or regulatory constraint. A record of establishing canonical project and configuration conventions across multiple repositories. First-year outcomes The platform is fully migrated to the managed environment with a documented, repeatable deployment pipeline. The interface contract is published and every new module onboards through it, with no integration destabilising the core platform. The Development, UAT, and Production promotion path operates on defined gates with no unreviewed production releases. The engineering team runs a predictable release cadence, with new technical hires productive. Agreed module deliveries are integrated on schedule against the roadmap.<br>Scope note:<br>This is a hybrid technical product manager and delivery lead role. Product prioritisation and stakeholder alignment are part of it, but the core accountability is technical: architecture, deployment, governance, and the delivery team. It is not a portfolio-management or purely coordinating position.

<p>The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. Our Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on TikTok's broad range of products to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Within GBS, the MENA Commerce team partners with the region's largest retail & e-commerce groups, online marketplaces, and fastest-growing digital-native brands. These span fashion, beauty, fragrance, fashion, sportswear, home, electronics, and grocery. We operate as an extension of our clients' growth teams, making TikTok a core driver of their business from brand building through to conversion and commerce. Responsibilities:
- Own the revenue targets for your book of business within the Commerce pod, with accountability for quarterly attainment, year-over-year growth, and share of wallet expansion across every client group.
- Build and run annual and quarterly account plans that map growth levers by brand, market, funnel stage, and product, and reset them proactively as accounts mature. This will require in-market presence in KSA ideally twice per month.
- Structure and negotiate joint business plans and commercial deals, investment commitments, and incentive programs, backed by a clear ROI case and tracked against agreed outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day health of your book, including pacing, forecasting, and pipeline, with clear action plans for decelerating accounts and competitive threats.
- Grow always-on investment to reduce reliance on seasonal peaks, while maximizing the region's key commercial moments such as Ramadan and Eid, Saudi National Day, Back to School and the Q4 shopping season.
- Lead a full-funnel, product-led strategy spanning brand building, consideration, web and app conversion, catalog and search.
- Drive adoption of TikTok's priority solutions, including Smart+, our AI-powered automation, and GenAI creative tools, translating product objectives into measurable client outcomes.
- Implement new solutions in the region by leading alphas and betas with clients, structuring them as benchmarked tests against client KPIs, and scaling proven results across the vertical.
- Act as a trusted business advisor, grounding every recommendation in the client's commercial KPIs, data, and market context rather than platform metrics alone.
- Take hands-on ownership of performance blockers such as catalog setup, tracking, and attribution, working with Solutions Engineering and Operations until they are resolved.
- Build and sustain C-suite relationships across marketing, e-commerce, and digital leadership through a deliberate cadence of business reviews, leadership sessions, and regular in-market visits.
- Raise the creative bar by bringing TikTok-first creative strategy, creator partnerships, and branded content to clients, and championing their work for industry recognition.
- Turn client success into external proof points, including case studies, vertical insights, and leadership presentations, and represent TikTok at industry events and client forums.
- Help shape the retail and e-commerce go-to-market for MENA, contributing to seasonal frameworks, incentive programs, and points of view on emerging themes such as social and agentic commerce.
- Identify and develop new business, from untapped brands within existing groups to new retail partners and cross-border commerce opportunities on TikTok Shop.
- Report clearly on performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership, share best practices across the team, and support the development of junior colleagues. What we're looking for:
- Retail and e-commerce expertise, gained at a brand, retailer, marketplace, platform, or agency, with a strong grasp of omnichannel business models and the commercial levers behind them.
- Strong command of the digital advertising ecosystem, from full-funnel media planning and performance marketing to catalog, app, and search advertising, measurement, and attribution.
- A product-led, test-and-learn mindset: quick to master new solutions, rigorous in testing them against client KPIs, and confident in scaling what works.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, ideally backed by an established network among retail, e-commerce, and marketing decision-makers in the region.
- Strategic and analytical rigor, turning complex data into clear insights, business cases, and recommendations.
- A collaborative team player who shares knowledge generously and lifts the performance of those around them. Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in one of the following: Digital advertising, media, or client partnership roles. Marketing, e-commerce, or digital transformation roles within retail.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, and measurement frameworks.
- Due to needs of the MENA market and clients, this role will require Arabic language proficiency alongside English Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, quick learner with a can-do attitude and a verified track record of establishing projects from scratch.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Experience analyzing data and translating it into actionable business insights.
- Understanding of TikTok and its commercial offerings, including automated campaign, commerce, and GenAI creative solutions.</p> </div>
