You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.</p><br><p>This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement across the region and regular participation in scientific meetings, congresses, advisory boards, and educational activities.</p><br><p><b>Role and strategies.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide expert interpretation of clinical data, treatment guidelines, and emerging scientific developments.</p><br></li><li><p>Identify, evaluate, and communicate actionable medical insights to support strategic decision-making and future medical initiatives.</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor therapeutic-area developments, competitor activities, clinical advancements, company policies and regulatory requirements.</p><br></li><li><p>Critically evaluate scientific literature and emerging clinical evidence to support medical and business objectives.</p><br></li><li><p>Lead assigned components of research-related activities and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</p><br></li><li><p>Contribute to process working.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><br><p><b>Education</b></p><br><ul><li><p>University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline is required.</p><br></li><li><p>Advanced qualifications or certifications in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or related scientific disciplines are advantageous.</p><br></li><li><p>Medical degree, PharmD, PhD, or Master's degree is considered a strong advantage.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Minimum of 4–6 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.</p><br></li><li><p>Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Clinical Research professional, or a comparable scientific role is preferred.</p><br></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in engaging healthcare professionals and external experts through scientific exchange.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience independently managing medical initiatives, projects, or defined workstreams is preferred.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience supporting evidence-generation activities, research projects, or investigator-sponsored studies is The team supports the Global Markets and Group Treasury businesses locally and internationally.
