<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across a large-scale roads, utilities, and urban infrastructure project. Oversees BIM standards, model coordination, digital workflows, and information management, ensuring collaboration between design, construction, and project controls teams while supporting efficient project delivery, clash detection, and compliance with client and industry BIM requirements.</p>
<p>The BIM manager is an experienced design team member who will be assigned to review the deliverables of the existing design and construction team during the implementation of projects.</p>
<p>The BIM manager will put in place all BIM requirements for each project. This will include preparing and reviewing the BIM Execution Plan, LOD matrix, modelling methodology, coordination strategy, collaboration and exchange timeframe, file formats, and other requirements and ensure it is communicated to all consultants and contractors involved in the project.</p>
<p>Duties shall include auditing design and construction models to ensure consistency, looking at the information attached to the geometry for scheduling and BOQs purposes, overlapping or duplicating geometries, warnings, file sizes, over modelling, etc. This model audit will be performed at each submission from the consultants and/or contractors. This audit will help reduce the amounts of utility clashes, better understand potential problems in the files, and ensure accurate scheduling and BOQs.</p>
<p>The BIM manager shall coordinate BIM activities among the lead design consultant, other consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that digital models are properly integrated and aligned with program and construction requirements. The role includes monitoring model development progress, identifying integration gaps, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring that BIM outputs support project design and delivery objectives in accordance with the PMC’s design management responsibilities.</p>

<p>Provide direct support to the project team in extracting information from the model or for visualization purposes.</p>
<p>Review reports of utility clashes, BOQs, and material specification extraction from the BIM model.</p>

Job Description:
HR Operations
* Support the HR Manager in the implementation, development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requests, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, onboarding and induction.
* Monitor recruitment activities to ensure timely manpower sourcing and mobilization.
* Coordinate employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, contract renewals and separation processes.
* Support employee relations by responding to HR-related inquiries and assisting in resolving employee issues in accordance with company policies.
* Monitor employee attendance, leave records and other HR transactions.
* Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training and development activities.
* Participate in HR initiatives, projects and continuous improvement programs assigned by the HR Manager.
Payroll Administration
* Prepare and coordinate the monthly payroll process in accordance with company policies and payroll schedules.
* Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, deductions and all payroll-related transactions to ensure payroll accuracy.
* Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including new joiners, resignations, salary revisions, promotions, incentives and other payroll adjustments.
* Review payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies prior to submission to the HR Manager for review and approval.
* Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
* Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
* Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation with strict confidentiality.
* Prepare payroll reports and analysis as requested by Management.
* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies and statutory payroll requirements.
HR Administration
* Coordinate visa applications, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical insurance, work permits, employee cancellations and other government-related HR processes.
* Monitor the validity of employee documents and ensure timely renewals.
* Coordinate with PROs, government authorities and external service providers regarding HR and administrative matters.
* Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, employment certificates and other employee-related documentation.
* Maintain complete, accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
* Support the administration and renewal of company licenses and official permits.
* Coordinate vehicle registration, renewal and related administrative documentation.
* Support the administration of employee medical insurance enrollment and renewals.
* Coordinate inward and outward correspondence related to HR/PR activities.
* Follow up with departments to obtain pending documentation and approvals.
Reporting & Compliance
* Prepare periodic HR reports, manpower statistics, KPIs and other reports as requested by the HR Manager.
* Support the preparation of reports required by Management, Shareholders and Veolia Group.
* Assist internal and external auditors by preparing HR documentation and providing accurate records.
* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, HR procedures and document retention requirements.
* Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel records.
Department Support
* Support the HR Manager in coordinating the daily activities of the HR/PR Department.
* Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure the efficient delivery of HR/PR services.
* Perform HR Assistant duties during periods of absence, high workload or business requirements to ensure continuity of operations.
* Assist in prioritizing daily HR activities to ensure timely completion of departmental objectives.
* Act on behalf of the HR Manager in operational matters when delegated.
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and service delivery.
* Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms and work instructions.
* Support HR digitalization initiatives and other continuous improvement projects.
* Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance and employee experience.
QHSE Responsibilities
* Understand, implement and promote the Company’s QHSE policies, procedures and objectives.
* Ensure HR activities comply with QHSE requirements and company standards.
* Report hazards, incidents, near misses and non-conformities in accordance with company procedures.
* Participate in risk assessments and continual improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with the QHSE Department to integrate QHSE requirements into daily HR operations.

Review, verify, and approve all technical submissions including shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure all technical documents and designs comply with ADNOC standards and Oil & Gas industry regulations. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and consultants for seamless technical execution. Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and clarifications. Monitor and manage design changes, variations, and technical issues to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Ensure proper document control, version management, and timely submission of all technical documents. Provide periodic technical progress reports to management and project stakeholders. Support procurement in material selection, ensuring all materials comply with approved vendor lists (AVL) and ADNOC specifications.<br>What you will need to have:<br>B. Tech / MTech or equivalent in any discipline Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM, or major infrastructure projects, depending on the position. Proven experience working on ADNOC projects in the UAE is highly preferred / required. Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, HSE requirements, project procedures and work practices. Previous experience with ADNOC Group companies, such as ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Gas, ADNOC LNG, ADNOC Drilling, or related ADNOC entities, will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in EPC projects, preferably involving large-scale oil & gas facilities, offshore/onshore facilities, pipelines, terminals, or associated infrastructure. Familiarity with UAE statutory requirements, authority approvals and local regulations relevant to Oil & Gas construction activities. Proven ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure project environment and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultant, Contractors and Subcontractors. Strong understanding of construction planning, execution, quality control, HSE and project schedules relevant to the position. Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
