<span>We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead the Technical Office Department for major building construction projects in Qatar.<br> The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire technical office function, ensuring the timely preparation, review, coordination, submission, approval, and distribution of all engineering deliverables required for project execution.<br> The role serves as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Consultants, Clients, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, BIM, and Design teams.<br> The Technical Office Manager will oversee multidisciplinary engineering coordination, manage technical documentation, monitor engineering KPIs, resolve technical issues, and ensure that all engineering submissions comply with contract requirements, project specifications, and project schedules.<br> This position is intended for professionals with extensive Tier-1 Main Contractor experience in building construction projects.<br> Candidates whose experience is primarily in consultancy, design offices, or engineering design firms will not be considered.<br> Competitive salary package Medical insurance Annual leave Air ticket as per company policy Employment visa provided Opportunity to work on landmark building projects in Qatar Long-term career growth with a leading construction contractor Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.<br> 15+ years of total experience in building construction projects.<br> Minimum 10 years with Tier-1 or Tier-2 Main Contractors in Technical Office, Engineering Coordination, or technical management roles.<br> Minimum 5 years in a Technical Office Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Technical Office Engineer role.<br> Proven experience managing Technical Office teams on large-scale building projects.<br> Strong experience coordinating: Material Submittals Technical Submittals RFIs Technical Queries (TQs) Method Statements Consultant Approvals Engineering Documentation Strong understanding of contractor engineering workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.<br> Experience coordinating Structural, Architectural, Civil, and MEP disciplines.<br> Experience dealing directly with Consultants and Clients.<br> Previous experience on major building projects in Qatar or GCC .<br> Excellent technical writing and engineering documentation skills.<br></span> </div>
