How you can make your mark<br><br>You can make your mark as Senior Contract Manager by providing contractual support during the preparation and execution of projects of Boskalis and you will be responsible for contract administration. <p>JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting into the Country Manager, the Service Manager will lead a team of Service Engineers to ensure operational, technical and financial performance targets are met for their assigned depot.
This will include service improvement and any associated financial budgetary oversight while constantly seeking improvements to drive operational excellence. In this highly autonomous role, he will also develop and implement plans to ensure that projects and repairs are delivered on time and within the specified budget.

<p>We're looking for a Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to lead the human side of a large-scale AI transformation programme — helping an organisation's workforce understand, adopt, and feel confident about AI-driven change.</p><br>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Designing and running the change management approach across the programme</li>
<li>Leading stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, and communications</li>
<li>Supporting workforce readiness and helping address concerns or resistance around AI-driven change</li>
<li>Working closely with leadership and process owners to build genuine buy-in, not just awareness</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Proven change management experience on large, complex transformation programmes</li>
<li>Prosci or CCMP certification (held or willing to obtain)</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership through to frontline staff</li>
<li>Arabic language skills and GCC public-sector experience are a significant advantage</li>
<li>Comfortable managing sensitive, people-centred conversations around technology-driven change</li></ul>
