The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate contractors and site teams, monitor workmanship and progress, and ensure construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will provide strong field leadership, identify construction issues early, coordinate multiple trades, maintain site discipline, and work closely with project management and technical teams to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities across assigned projects, work areas, or construction packages. Coordinate site activities with project managers, engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, work programs, and construction requirements before execution. Ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with approved design documents and project requirements. Monitor daily site progress and compare actual performance against approved schedules and milestones. Coordinate sequencing of works between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and specialist trades. Allocate work areas and coordinate contractor activities to minimize clashes, delays, and disruptions. Conduct daily site walks and verify progress, workmanship, safety, housekeeping, and site conditions. Identify construction constraints, access issues, material shortages, design conflicts, and other potential delays. Escalate critical construction issues and recommend practical solutions. Monitor contractor performance against agreed scope, schedule, quality, and site requirements. Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure proper work interfaces between different trades. Verify that required manpower, equipment, materials, and tools are available before planned activities begin. Monitor delivery, storage, handling, and use of construction materials. Verify that materials installed on site comply with approved specifications, samples, and submittals. Review material deliveries and identify damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming materials. Coordinate inspections and approvals before covering, enclosing, or progressing critical construction works. Monitor workmanship and ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, tolerances, and quality requirements. Identify defects, incomplete works, deviations, and non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions. Work with Quality teams to implement inspection and test plans and construction quality requirements. Support preparation and closure of inspection requests, punch lists, snag lists, and quality observations. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and verification activities relevant to construction packages. Monitor construction methods and ensure approved method statements are followed. Verify that permits, approvals, inspections, and prerequisite activities are completed before work proceeds. Coordinate with Health & Safety teams to ensure safe work practices are implemented on site. Monitor compliance with site safety rules, PPE requirements, access controls, housekeeping, and high-risk work procedures. Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, and significant safety concerns. Support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site safety awareness activities. Coordinate safe execution of work involving lifting, excavation, working at height, hot work, confined spaces, electrical activities, and other high-risk operations. Monitor site housekeeping, waste removal, material storage, temporary works, and access routes. Coordinate with logistics teams to manage site access, deliveries, unloading, material movement, and equipment operations. Review contractor manpower levels and productivity and identify resource shortages. Monitor equipment utilization and identify opportunities to improve site productivity. Maintain daily site records covering manpower, activities, progress, deliveries, inspections, issues, and weather conditions where relevant. Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic construction progress reports. Record site instructions, technical queries, design clarifications, delays, and outstanding actions. Support coordination of RFIs, technical queries, drawing revisions, and construction clarifications. Ensure current approved drawings and documents are available to site teams. Monitor drawing revisions and prevent construction based on superseded information. Participate in coordination meetings, progress meetings, technical reviews, and contractor meetings. Provide accurate site information to project management and engineering teams. Monitor construction interfaces with existing facilities, neighboring works, utilities, roads, and operational areas. Coordinate temporary works, access arrangements, protection measures, and site logistics as required. Support planning and execution of phased construction, shutdowns, relocations, and complex work sequences. Identify opportunities for construction-method improvements, productivity gains, and schedule recovery. Assist project management in evaluating delays, disruptions, productivity issues, and potential schedule impacts. Monitor contractor recovery plans and verify implementation of agreed corrective measures. Support quantity verification and progress measurement for completed works where required. Coordinate with commercial and project controls teams regarding work progress, variations, and potential claims. Verify completed works against approved quantities, drawings, and specifications. Support preparation of as-built information by ensuring site changes are properly documented. Participate in final inspections, snagging, defect rectification, handover, and closeout activities. Ensure outstanding construction activities are tracked through completion. Maintain professional relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, project teams, and site personnel. Provide field leadership and practical guidance to supervisors, foremen, engineers, and trade teams. Mentor junior site personnel and promote strong construction-management practices. Support continuous-improvement initiatives based on lessons learned, recurring site issues, and project performance. Ensure site activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, permits, project requirements, and contractual obligations. This role is critical for the successful launch and ongoing evolution of our mobile app. The Mobile App Team Lead will be responsible for managing the mobile development team, staying fully on top of all mobile-related activities, driving technical decisions, ensuring delivery timelines are met, and owning the release process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The role requires strong technical oversight, delivery ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, Dev Ops, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders. Challenge technical decisions where needed and ensure the right implementation approach is selected. Ensure the i OS app follows modern Apple development standards using Swift and relevant Apple frameworks. Define and enforce suitable mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, or Clean Architecture. Ensure proper integration with RESTful APIs, backend services, third-party SDKs, authentication flows, and mobile data layers.<br><br>4. App Store & Google Play Ownership Own and manage the release process for the mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Coordinate app submissions, app updates, version management, release notes, screenshots, store assets, and required metadata. Ensure compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, guidelines, privacy requirements, and review processes. Work with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure store content and app requirements are properly aligned.<br>5. System Performance, Quality & Reliability Ensure the mobile application delivers a smooth, stable, secure, and high-performance user experience. Identify and resolve mobile performance bottlenecks, crashes, memory issues, responsiveness issues, and platform-specific bugs. Work closely with QA and QA Automation teams to support mobile testing, regression testing, integration testing, and release validation. Ensure proper test coverage, including unit testing, UI testing, integration testing, and automated testing where applicable.<br>6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to understand requirements, define scope, and agree delivery timelines. Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to deliver intuitive, user-friendly, and consistent mobile experiences. Work with Backend Engineers to ensure API readiness, integration quality, and performance. Partner with QA teams to ensure proper test planning, mobile regression coverage, and release validation. Work with Dev Ops teams on CI/CD pipelines, build automation, environments, and deployment processes.<br>7. Delivery & Project Ownership Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, estimation, and delivery tracking for the mobile team. Maintain clear communication with Product and management regarding delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Ensure mobile releases are planned, tested, approved, and delivered according to agreed timelines. Challenge unclear requirements, incomplete designs, missing dependencies, or unrealistic timelines where needed. Ensure technical documentation, implementation plans, release notes, and knowledge-sharing materials are maintained.<br>8. Engineering Standards & Process Improvement Enforce mobile coding standards, code review processes, documentation, and technical governance. Improve mobile development processes, release processes, estimation accuracy, and delivery efficiency. Support the adoption of CI/CD, automation, mobile testing frameworks, monitoring tools, and productivity improvements. Encourage the use of AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, code quality, documentation, and testing.<br>Required Skills & Experience7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. Proven experience of 2+ years as a Mobile Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role. Strong hands-on experience in either i OS development using Swift or Android development using Kotlin/Java. Strong understanding of both i OS and Android ecosystems. Experience managing or leading mobile engineers across i OS and Android. Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play release processes, review guidelines, versioning, and production release management. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, third-party SDKs, and backend service integrations.
