<p>We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Pricing & Tender Specialist to join the Project Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight forwarding, break bulk, OOG, heavy-lift, RoRo, charter, and specialized cargo movements.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling RFQs, sourcing competitive rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, carriers, hauliers, chartering brokers, overseas agents, and specialized vendors. You will prepare accurate quotations, tender submissions, pricing summaries, and commercial proposals while ensuring every solution is operationally practical, cost-effective, and profitable.
The successful candidate should be able to evaluate cargo dimensions, weight, route feasibility, equipment requirements, transport permits, port restrictions, and transit risks. Close coordination with sales, operations, finance, vendors, and overseas partners will be essential to deliver timely and reliable pricing support.</p><p>Applicants should have 5–8 years of experience in project logistics, break bulk cargo, OOG, tender management, or logistics pricing. A good understanding of Incoterms, freight documentation, carrier rate structures, trade lanes, and multimodal transport is required. Experience with EPC, oil & gas, construction, marine, power, or infrastructure customers will be an added advantage.
We are seeking someone with strong negotiation skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to work under tight RFQ and tender deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics pricing tools is preferred.</p>
