Conduct a thorough GAP analysis of current Maximo Saa S configuration against documented and undocumented business requirements for Maintenance, Utilities, and Facilities. Review current licensing structure and advise on whether existing licensing supports business needs; identify alternative approaches where applicable. Act as a neutral third party to mediate and align the interests of IT and business stakeholders, helping both sides reach consensus on an acceptable path forward. Evaluate business processes specific to hospitality and resort facilities management and recommend appropriate Maximo workflows and configurations. Identify and document areas where business requirements can be met within the existing platform, and where workarounds, configuration changes, or additional modules may be needed. Work directly with a large, diverse group of business stakeholders across facility operations to gather input, validate findings, and communicate recommendations. Support change management activities by helping business leaders understand system capabilities and build confidence in the technology solution. Collaborate with the existing IBM Platinum Partner implementation team to assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Deliver clear, structured documentation including findings, recommendations, and a roadmap for gap remediation. Required Qualifications Maximo & Technical Expertise Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Maximo Functional SME, with specific expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Saa S. Strong understanding of Maximo modules applicable to Maintenance, Utilities, and Facilities Management. Experience performing functional GAP analysis in enterprise asset management (EAM) or similar implementations. Ability to interpret Maximo licensing structures and advise clients on options and optimization. Familiarity working alongside IBM Platinum Partners or within IBM-led implementations is a plus. Industry & Domain Experience Background in the hospitality industry – hotel, resort, or integrated entertainment/facilities environment strongly preferred. Understanding of the operational characteristics and maintenance workflows unique to hospitality and resort facilities, which differ significantly from industrial or Oil & Gas environments. Experience engaging directly with operations leadership and frontline teams in a client-facing consulting capacity. Consulting & Interpersonal Skills Strong stakeholder facilitation skills; proven ability to navigate and de-escalate tension between IT and business teams. Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with diverse groups of business counterparts, including senior and executive leadership. <p>One of the leading Oil & Gas manufacturing firm is looking for a Contracts Engineer;
Salary range - 15k to 22k per month.
The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for supporting contract administration, variation and claims management, subcontract coordination, and commercial documentation across projects. This role requires strong analytical and contractual understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with contract requirements while safeguarding Company’s commercial interests and maintaining accurate project records.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Contract Administration:
· Support administration of main contract, subcontract agreements, and purchase
· orders.
· Maintain contract registers, correspondence logs, and key commercial records.
· Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including notice and
· documentation procedures.
b. Change and Variation Management:
· Identify scope changes and support preparation of Variation Orders and Change Requests.
· Assist in evaluating time and cost impact arising from changes.
· Maintain variation logs and ensure proper approval and tracking.
c. Claims and EOT Support:
· Support preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and cost claims, including supporting documentation.
· Coordinate with planning team for delay analysis and substantiation.
· Ensure contractual notices are issued within required timeframes.
d. Payment and Commercial Support:
· Assist in preparation and review of progress claims, milestone invoices, and final account documentation.
· Monitor payment status and support follow-up on overdue payments.
· Ensure invoicing aligns with contract milestones and approved variations.
e. Subcontract and Supplier Contracts:
· Support review and administration of subcontractor and supplier agreements on back-to-back basis.
· Assist in preparing contractual clarifications and commercial evaluations for subcontractors.
· Monitor subcontract compliance, including deliverables, payment terms, and variation requests.
f. Risk Management and Reporting
· Identify contractual risks and support preparation of risk registers and mitigation plans.
· Provide commercial reporting to management as required (variation status, claims status, payment status).
g. Contractual Correspondence:
· Draft and review contractual letters, notices, and responses to clients/subcontractors.
· Ensure communications always preserve Company’s rights and entitlements Requirements:</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in contracts/commercial role within EPC / construction / modular building environment.
· Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, and claims management.</p>
<ul><li><p>Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions to site management.</p></li><li><p>Aware of ISO requirements and Audits</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications and international standards.</p></li><li><p>Prepare, review, and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.</p></li><li><p>Conduct and supervise inspections for civil, structural, mechanical, and piping works.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies.</p></li><li><p>Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection reports, and quality documentation.</p></li><li><p>Identify quality issues, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</p></li><li><p>Monitor welding, fabrication, installation, NDT, and pressure testing activities (Oil & Gas projects).</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, and client quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct internal quality audits and participate in client and external audits.</p></li><li><p>Prepare quality reports, handover dossiers, and maintain QA/QC records.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance to QA/QC Inspectors and site engineers, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved without impacting project schedules.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor all site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and finished works as per approved drawings and ITPs.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review Quality Inspection Requests (IRs), Method Statements, and checklists.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to close inspection and NCR observations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation including test results, inspections records, and quality reports.</p></li><li><p>Participate in material approvals, site testing, and third-party inspections.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Civil Engineering</strong> or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>5 years of QA/QC experience in the Middle East</strong> within the construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of QA/QC standards, codes, and inspection procedures.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>computer skills</strong> (MS Office, reporting tools, document control systems).</p></li><li><p>Ability to prepare quality documentation, reports, and correspondence independently.</p></li><li><p>Good communication (Hindi and English) and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with UAE construction standards is an advantag</p></li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead the design, analysis, and specification of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and mechanical seals, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.</li><li>Develop and review complex engineering calculations, including stress analysis, vibration analysis, and thermodynamic performance, to validate equipment integrity and efficiency.</li><li>Manage the technical aspects of procurement, vendor selection, and inspection of critical rotating machinery, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.</li><li>Oversee the installation, commissioning, and start-up of rotating equipment, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to meet project timelines and performance targets.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable institution.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience specifically in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of mechanical rotating equipment.</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in the application of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO) for rotating machinery.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex operational issues for critical rotating equipment in plant environments.<br><br></p><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></p><p>✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore</p><p>✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred</p><p>✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable</p><p>✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners</p><p>❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible</p><p>Attached JDs for your reference.<br></p><p><strong>Age Criteria:</strong></p><p>Maximum age limit is 49 years</p><p>For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience<br></p><p><strong>Managerial and SR.
