We are seeking a skilled and experienced A/C Chiller Technician to perform complete installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of air-conditioning chiller systems. The technician will be responsible for all aspects of chiller operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and test air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system faults.
Service compressors, evaporators, condensers, cooling towers, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
Inspect and repair refrigerant leaks; recover, vacuum, charge, and recharge refrigerants according to industry standards.
Troubleshoot electrical control panels, PLCs, sensors, thermostats, VFDs, relays, and safety controls.
Perform oil changes, filter replacement, tube cleaning, and system flushing.
Monitor operating parameters including pressure, temperature, voltage, current, and water flow.
Maintain chilled water systems, condenser water systems, and associated piping.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, piping drawings, and technical manuals.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and inspection checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore equipment to normal operation.
Qualifications:
