Previous experience within a professional theatre or resident production is strongly preferred. Strong hands-on fabrication, repair, and maintenance skills. Good understanding of backstage operations and live-show safety. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to reproduce presets and show sequences consistently. Ability to perform repairs and troubleshoot technical issues under tight time constraints. Experience working around dancers, performers, moving scenery, and stage equipment is advantageous. Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and show plots. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider Technical Department. Flexible availability for rehearsals, evening performances, weekends, public holidays, and special events. Must be available to join immediately in Dubai. Compensation AED 9,000 per month, all-inclusive. The salary is inclusive of the employee's accommodation/housing, transportation, and personal living expenses in the UAE.
