Join our dynamic vertical transportation design consultancy in Dubai! We are seeking a Senior Document Controller to manage document control governance and CDE (Common Data Environment) for our projects. In this role, you’ll keep our projects moving by organizing, tracking, and safeguarding all technical documentation. You will own version control, transmittals, and audit trails so teams can trust they’re working from the latest approved information. This is a full-time, office-based position reporting to the Head of Design/PMO.<br>Tasks<br><br>Govern Document Control and CDE Management: Oversee our Common Data Environment (e.g. Oracle Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360/ACC, Share Point) and implement EDMS tools/configuration in line with project requirements and quality policies.<br>Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineers, architects, consultants and other stakeholders to streamline documentation workflows.
