About the Role ( Hands ON)
We are looking for a commercially driven E-Commerce & Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is a hybrid role combining e-commerce management, digital marketing oversight, customer acquisition and B2B sales.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the commercial performance of our online platforms while actively developing relationships with interior designers, architects, design studios and other trade professionals.
This is not a purely administrative e-commerce position. We are looking for someone who understands technology and digital marketing but is equally comfortable meeting clients, presenting solutions, developing relationships and generating sales.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Platform Management
* Monitor the day-to-day performance and operation of the company’s e-commerce platforms.
* Ensure products, pricing, promotions, content and customer journeys are properly maintained and optimized.
* Coordinate with external agencies, developers and marketing partners to ensure agreed activities are being implemented effectively.
* Monitor website traffic, enquiries, conversions and sales performance.
* Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience and increase conversion.
* Understand the complete online sales journey from initial customer acquisition through quotation, order, payment and after-sales follow-up.
* Regularly review platform performance and recommend improvements.
Digital Marketing Oversight
* Have a strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing and digital customer acquisition.
* Understand modern AI-powered marketing tools and automation and how they can support customer acquisition and conversion.
* Monitor the performance of external digital marketing partners and challenge or recommend improvements where necessary.
* Understand key marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversion rate, traffic sources and lead quality.
* Work closely with management and marketing partners to continuously improve digital performance.
The successful candidate does not necessarily need to personally execute every marketing campaign but must have enough knowledge to evaluate performance, understand what is working and ensure external partners are delivering results.
Business Development & Trade Sales
A major part of this position will be developing our relationships with the interior design and professional design community in the UAE.
Responsibilities include:
* Identify and approach interior designers, architects, design studios and relevant trade professionals.
* Present the company’s digital services and e-commerce capabilities to potential professional clients.
* Demonstrate how our online trade ecosystem can simplify product selection, quotations, ordering, payments and commission management.
* Onboard new professional users and ensure they understand how to use the available tools effectively.
* Maintain relationships with registered designers and encourage continued engagement and purchasing.
* Follow up on quotations, opportunities and potential projects.
* Convert professional registrations and enquiries into active customers and sales.
* Develop a strong network within Dubai’s interior design and architecture community.
* Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, networking events and industry activities.

Who We Are Looking For ( Hands ON)
We are looking for someone who combines digital intelligence with strong commercial instincts.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development or a related commercial role.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
* Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and digital marketing.
* Familiarity with AI marketing tools and emerging digital technologies.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Proven ability or strong potential in B2B sales and relationship development.
* Confidence approaching new clients and arranging meetings.
* Ability to explain digital systems clearly to non-technical customers.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and e-commerce performance data.
* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* UAE experience and an existing network within the interior design, architecture, furniture or property sectors would be a significant advantage.
The Personality We Want
We are particularly interested in someone who is:
Commercial. You naturally look for opportunities to generate business.
Technology-minded. You are comfortable learning new platforms and digital tools.
Confident. You enjoy meeting people and presenting ideas.
Analytical. You want to understand whether marketing expenditure is actually producing results.
Proactive. You don’t wait for leads—you create opportunities.
Relationship-driven. You understand that designers and professional clients require long-term relationship building.
Curious. You actively follow developments in e-commerce, digital marketing and AI.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this position will be measured by:
* Growth in e-commerce enquiries and sales.
* Improvement in online conversion and customer engagement.
* Effective monitoring of digital marketing performance.
* Growth of our professional interior designer and trade network.
* Number of active professional accounts.
* Successful onboarding and continued engagement of designers.
* Quotations and sales generated through professional relationships.
* Overall contribution to digital and B2B revenue growth.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to join an established Dubai outdoor living and furniture business that is investing heavily in the future of digital commerce and technology-enabled design services.
You will work directly with management and have the opportunity to help develop a new generation of digital commerce within the furniture and interior design industry.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply want to manage an e-commerce website.
We want someone who can turn technology into business.
