<li><span>Monitor service delivery and manage the Security Supervisors/Security Officers to satisfy the committed performance targets.</span></li>
<li><span>Conducts Performance Review, handling disciplinary, grievances on the Security Supervisors within the assigned area of responsibilities.</span></li>
