The position operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations, driving compliance excellence across the full product lifecycle.
• Lead product compliance across software and hardware, ensuring alignment with regulatory and gaming requirements
• Manage regulatory submissions and certifications, including coordination with gaming labs and tracking approvals
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Oversee release readiness, ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met prior to deployment
