<li>Minimum 15 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector.</li>
<li>At least 5 to 7 years in a operational leadership role, ideally within the United Arab Emirates or GCC.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in conformity assessment of pressure equipment and various engineered products. Must have minimum 5 years’ experience out of the total experience in performing QA/ QC audits related to pressure equipment manufacturing.</li>
<li>CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent, or ASME Authorized Inspector Course, SNT-TC-1A or PCN.</li>
<li>Proficiency in international standards (ASME, API, ISO 9001, ISO 17020) and UAE market-specific requirements (ADNOC, LEEA for lifting).</li>
<li>Familiar with pressure equipment in-process and final inspection technics and processes, and tools/instruments used during inspection.</li>

We are seeking a dynamic, performance-driven, and highly professional Business Development Manager to support our continued expansion and business growth initiatives.</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and strengthening business partnerships within the Forex and financial services sector.
