<span>We are seeking an experienced (Arab Nationality), highly organized, and trustworthy House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence for an Emirati family.<br> The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the household, managing domestic staff, coordinating maintenance and service providers, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality while ensuring complete confidentiality.<br> RequirementsKey Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the residence to ensure the household runs efficiently.<br> Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, nannies, and other domestic employees.<br> Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.<br> Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.<br> Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations with external contractors and service providers.<br> Manage household inventories, supplies, and procurement of groceries, household items, and luxury goods.<br> Prepare and monitor household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.<br> Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.<br> Coordinate family events, private gatherings, and special occasions held at the residence.<br> Work closely with the family's Personal Assistant and Travel Planner to support daily schedules and travel-related preparations.<br> Ensure household policies, security procedures, and privacy protocols are strictly followed.<br> Maintain confidential records related to the household and family operations.<br> Handle emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.<br> Ensure all household operations reflect the family's standards and preferences.<br> Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.<br> Minimum of 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Hospitality Manager, or in a similar role.<br> Previous experience working for VIP families, UHNW individuals, royal households, or private family offices is highly preferred.<br> Strong leadership and people management skills.<br> Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br> Experience managing multiple household staff and external vendors.<br> Proficiency in Microsoft Office and household management software is an advantage.<br> Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.<br> Valid UAE driving license is preferred.<br> Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management.<br> Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.<br> Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.<br> Budgeting and financial management.<br> Vendor and contractor management.<br> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br> High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.<br> Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.<br></span> </div>
