<p><strong>Commercial Director – Hotels, United Arab Emirates</strong></p><br><p>An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Director of Business Development or Commercial Director to join a prestigious luxury beachfront resort in the UAE.</p><br><p>We are seeking a commercially astute hospitality leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth within luxury hotels or resorts. This role requires strong relationships across luxury travel consortia, corporate, leisure and MICE markets, together with a strategic approach to sales, marketing, revenue and distribution.</p><br><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><br><p>Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the resort's commercial strategy, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Distribution and Loyalty to maximise performance, strengthen market positioning and deliver sustainable revenue growth.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul>
