Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control practices within the UAE. Experience leading diverse teams, including staff scheduling, performance management, and training. Ability to work with delivery aggregators and digital ordering platforms, with basic understanding of operational data and KPIs. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; cloud kitchen experience is essential.
