Develop recruitment dashboards and use data and market insights to identify trends, improve recruitment effectiveness, and support workforce decisions. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and service delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment policies, processes, tools, and systems, including SAP Success Factors.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.5–7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or another high-volume environment.
