Background in Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics is preferred. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Spot, Futures, and Options trading logic. Must be intimately familiar with concepts such as order types, position management, margin mechanisms, and liquidation principles. Proven Track Record: Successfully delivered complex financial products from concept to launch, demonstrating strong execution, coordination, and strategic planning skills. Communication: Clear, logical thinker with the ability to articulate complex ideas to cross-functional stakeholders. Capable of defending design decisions and influencing without authority.
