The General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outlets or business units, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to policies, and alignment with organizational goals in inclusive insurance and financial services. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The role will also involve coordinating with senior leadership on reporting, process improvements, and implementation of strategic initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in outlet management, general management, or shift supervision within financial services, insurance, or related sectors.
