Responsibilities Supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities. Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions. Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing work. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel. Check tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations. Ensure workers follow workplace health and safety procedures.
