About Holo:
At Holo, we’re on a mission to simplify homeownership through technology, expert guidance, and transparency. We operate across three core entities:
Holo Mortgage – providing digital mortgage solutions tailored to each client Holo Concierge – our concierge-style service that partners with clients and real estate agents to help approved buyers find their dream home. Holo KSA – expanding our footprint and innovation into the Saudi market
With over 25 years of expertise and 24,000+ happy homeowners, we’ve mastered the art of simplifying the homebuying journey. We’re building a smarter, faster, and more accessible way to own a home.
The Role
We’re looking for a UX & Product Design Lead to raise the bar on product quality across Holo. As we expand across Mortgage, Concierge, Conveyancing, Finance, and Partner platforms, our product surface area is growing quickly. We need someone who can bring cohesion, clarity, and strong design principles across everything we build. You’ll lead and grow the design function while remaining hands-on with high-impact work. This means shaping complex workflows, refining service experiences, evolving our design system, and embedding strong UX thinking into discovery and delivery. This role sits at the intersection of craft and leadership. You’ll define what “good” looks like at Holo, ensure we build to that standard consistently, and help Product and Engineering make better experience decisions every day.
If you care deeply about quality, simplicity, and building systems that scale thoughtfully, this role will give you real ownership to do that.
What You’ll Own
Define and implement Holo’s UX principles and design standards across all product surfaces Own the evolution and governance of Holo’s design system Design high-impact, complex workflows across critical user experiences Elevate service experience across the full lifecycle - not just individual screens Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure strong discovery, usability validation, and delivery quality Introduce structured user research and usability testing practices Reduce design sprawl and ensure consistency across web, internal tools, and mobile surfaces Establish scalable processes for design reviews, critique, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience leading or mentoring other designers Proven ability to raise the quality bar and establish strong design standards across teams Strong end-to-end UX craft across research, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking Experience designing complex internal tools or operational systems Ability to think beyond screens - designing service experience across the full customer lifecycle Strong systems thinker who can reduce complexity without oversimplifying Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems Comfortable balancing hands-on design work with team leadership and hiring Excellent communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly to Product and Engineering Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
Bonus
Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, or high-consideration transactions Experience designing for bilingual markets (EN/AR) Exposure to user research frameworks and structured usability testing Experience scaling a design team from early stage to growth
Why This Role Matters
Holo is growing quickly across markets, teams, and product surfaces. As that complexity increases, design quality becomes harder to maintain - and more critical to get right. We’re building tools that power revenue internally and experiences that build trust externally. If the experience becomes inconsistent, cluttered, or overly complex, it slows teams down and chips away at customer confidence. We need someone who can bring clarity, cohesion, and strong standards across everything we ship. This role ensures our product experience scales thoughtfully - not accidentally - as the company grows.
Benefits:
Competitive salary Health insurance and other benefits25 days annual leave plus National Holidays Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic environment A supportive and collaborative team environment. Half day Fridays, finishing at 1pm - giving you a well deserved early start to the weekend!
We are committed to equal employment opportunities and we want to ensure that our recruitment process is accessible to everyone.
