The Assistant Restaurant Manager provides a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the standards of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guests’ needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities.
