Partner with sales teams to facilitate approvals for promotional campaigns and inventory allocations. Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Senior Management. Commercial Analysis & Reporting Analyze broker performance, sales team productivity, gross-to-net sales, and overall sales effectiveness. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations based on business performance. Financial & Commercial Evaluation Apply commercial and financial analysis techniques, including ROI, IRR, and NPV, to evaluate sales initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Assess business challenges from multiple commercial perspectives and provide practical, solution-oriented recommendations. 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Chairman, CEO, Founder, or Senior Executive in a fast-paced environment. Education : BE + MBA or MBA from top institutes ideally. Candidates with experience working in or with leading real estate developers will be highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
